VIBE experiences are small, composed and designed around trust, relevance and meaningful participation. Places are limited and go to the community first.

No events published yet — the card above is a template, not a real event. Dates are announced to the community before they appear here, so the surest way to hear about the next Geneva room is the list below.
First to know
Because the rooms are small, most experiences fill before they are announced publicly. Tell us where to reach you and you will hear first.

Experiences
These are the recurring formats. Any given month will feature two or three of them rather than all six.
VIBE’s signature methodology for creating complementary founder connections.
Small, guided conversations centred around common challenges and different perspectives.
Curated dinners focused on values, vision, working style, and complementary capabilities.
Practical learning led by community members across leadership, AI, technology, communication, operations, and growth.
Honest discussions that build understanding and relationships before fundraising conversations begin.
Relaxed cultural, culinary, and lifestyle gatherings where relationships develop naturally.
What to expect
It is smaller than you think. Most experiences are twenty to thirty people. You will speak properly with several of them, not briefly with all of them.
There is a structure, and it is light. Enough to make sure the quiet people are heard and the confident ones do not take the room. Not so much that it stops feeling like a conversation.
Nobody pitches. If you came to sell, you will have a frustrating evening. If you came to think out loud with people who understand the problem, you will not.
You will be asked what you need. Most founders find this the hardest question of the night, and the one that changes what happens afterwards.
Take the assessment before your first experience. It is what lets us seat you next to the people who actually complement you.
