Branded check-in
Your event, your name on it. Attendees scan a code and are in — nothing to download, nothing to remember.

They’ll remember the one who mattered. VIBE helps them find that person before they leave — and shows you whether your event actually created anything.
The problem
People arrive at your event wanting something specific — a co-founder, a first customer, someone who has already solved the problem they are stuck on. Then they spend two hours talking to whoever they happened to stand next to.
They leave saying it was nice. They do not leave with a relationship. And you have no way of knowing which it was, because the only thing you can measure is how many people came.
How it works
No app to install, no hardware, no badge printer. A link and a phone.
They scan a QR code and answer a short set of questions — what they are building, their industry, what they are looking for. Under two minutes on a phone.
Everyone is scored against everyone else on complementary working styles, shared intent, technical fit and industry. Rules you can inspect, not a black box.
Each attendee gets their own shortlist with a reason attached, and says who they want to meet. Contact details are exchanged only when both people say yes.
Who checked in, how the room was composed, how many people found someone worth meeting, and how many introductions came out of it.
What you get
01
Your event, your name on it. Attendees scan a code and are in — nothing to download, nothing to remember.
02
Everyone against everyone, not just the people who happened to stand near each other. The quiet attendee gets the same shortlist as the loud one.
03
What the room was made of, how many people found someone, and how many introductions happened. Something to send a sponsor.
04
We process it to run your event. We do not sell it, we do not market to your attendees without their say-so, and you can have it back or have it deleted.
Why people take part honestly
An attendee’s email address and profile link are released only when they and the other person have each said they want to meet. Someone who passes on a match is indistinguishable from someone who has not answered yet.
That is not fine print, and it is not only a legal position. It is the reason people answer honestly instead of politely — and honest answers are the only thing that makes the matching worth anything.
Matching consent is asked for explicitly at check-in, separately from anything else, and it can be withdrawn. Read the privacy notice.
Where it has run
VIBE runs its own events in Geneva through VIBE Geneva, which is where the matching was built and where it gets tested on real rooms.
We are early, and we would rather say so. The product has run at a small number of our own events; it has not yet run at fifty of somebody else’s. If you want a partner who will publish real numbers once there are real numbers, that is what this is. If you need a case study from a thousand-person conference, we are not there yet.
Who it suits
It works best somewhere between twenty and two hundred people — big enough that nobody can meet everyone, small enough that the right introduction changes someone’s week.
It is a poor fit for a room where people already know each other, or where nobody came to meet anyone.
Next step
A short conversation, not a sales process. We will tell you honestly whether your room is a good fit — including when it is not.
We would rather run one room properly than ten badly.
