Meaningful projects, not business cards
“It’s not about exchanging business cards, but creating meaningful projects together.”
Babak Heidarpour
The founding chapter
VIBE Geneva brings founders, innovators, creators, operators, and community leaders together through curated experiences in one of Europe’s most international cities.
Why Geneva
Geneva is one of the most international places in Europe, and one of the most compact. People here are used to working across cultures, languages and time zones — often within the same afternoon.
That combination is rare and it suits VIBE. The city is small enough that trust travels quickly and reputation matters, and connected enough that the right introduction can reach much further than the lake.
It is also a place where a lot of ambitious people work quietly and somewhat separately. Bringing them into the same room, deliberately, is most of the opportunity.

Who is in the room
A Geneva room is composed rather than filled. Across a season you will meet people from most of these groups — which is the point, because they need each other.
You do not need to have everything figured out. You do need curiosity, integrity, and a willingness to participate.
In their words
Members of VIBE Geneva, on what the rooms are actually like. Named, because an anonymous testimonial is not evidence of anything.
Meaningful projects, not business cards
“It’s not about exchanging business cards, but creating meaningful projects together.”
Babak HeidarpourAuthentic relationships, not transactions
“There is a level of authenticity in the VIBE network.”
Steven AntalicsThe confidence to share an early idea
“You can come as you are — you don’t have to be shy to expose your ideas.”
Tom BaudHuman connection before business
“I’m convinced that doing successful business needs to rely on human connection first.”
Miguel CamachoLearning from people who actually build
“Honest people. Real builders. A community where you can learn directly from people who are actually doing the work — not just talking about it.”
Norman LaudiniWhat happens here
VIBE’s signature methodology for creating complementary founder connections.
Small, guided conversations centred around common challenges and different perspectives.
Curated dinners focused on values, vision, working style, and complementary capabilities.
Practical learning led by community members across leadership, AI, technology, communication, operations, and growth.
Honest discussions that build understanding and relationships before fundraising conversations begin.
Relaxed cultural, culinary, and lifestyle gatherings where relationships develop naturally.
How to take part
01
It takes a few minutes and it is what lets us introduce you to people chosen for what they add, rather than who was free that evening.
02
Tell us what you are building and where you need support. Every application is read personally, and we reply either way.
03
Places are limited and go to the community first. Once you are in, you hear about the next experience before it is announced publicly.
Upcoming experiences
VIBE Geneva experiences are small and curated, so places are limited and released to the community first. Tell us where to reach you and you will hear about the next experience before it is announced publicly.

Everything the community practises here is what every future chapter will inherit. It is worth getting right.
